Returns

• Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unopened, untampered with, and have their original seals intact.
• “Unopened” means the packaging must remain fully sealed, and the product must not have been removed or handled.
• Non-Returnable Items:
Unfortunately, for hygienic reasons, once the packaging seal is broken, or the product is used, it cannot be returned. This ensures the safety and quality of all our customers.

 

Exchanges

• Eligibility for Exchanges:
We offer exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items that meet the following criteria:
• The product must be unopened, with the seal unbroken, and in its original condition.
• Exchange Process:
If eligible, exchanges can be made for a product of equal or lesser value, or we can provide a store credit toward your next purchase.

Why We Have These Policies
